Are You A Spammer and Don’t Even Know It?
Well this is a great question, it seems to me that many times people who are the biggest spammers out there don’t even know it! Yes, it is a fact that many people get confused or simply do not understand the difference between, internet marketing and spamming. Not that the 2 are close in technique, but the fact still remains that many people think that they are marketing a product when in reality they are simply spamming all there “would be” customers to death!
So with that in mind, I want to clear the air by telling you that the difference is very small but very important. Not only can you look bad by bothering people with your message, but in most cases you drastically lower the success of your marketing efforts by spamming folks. The difference how discrete it is, can have major differences in your results and conversion rates, so if you are truly interested in making money online, keep reading.
So here it is, the small, little discrete difference that makes or breaks you as an online marketer.
Internet Marketers - Send messages and information to people who want and are almost “hungry” for the information.
Spammers - Send out messages and information to anybody, or even people who do not want and are not interested in the information.
That’s it. It is nothing more than getting your message to those who want it and only those who want it.
Think of it like this, we all have received an email either from the guy in south Africa asking for your bank account or from the guy who wants us to make part of body larger with his pills, if you know what I mean. Now, if my girlfriend got the ones about making your male parts bigger, what good does that do anybody?
She is not going to buy, she can’t even use the product. Now if she had requested information and after reading about it, decided it was not for her, she still may tell a friend who it could help. But by the message being spam, it gets deleted and never thought about again.
So you can see how important it is to get your messages to those who want it. Not only in email, but on forums, blogs, social networks or any where else. This is a basic but powerful rule. Get your message to those who want it, You will get results!
